VanMan's Vanilla Magnesium Deodorant - 2 oz

I've really worked at removing plastic where possible in my self care products. VanMan's products have many non-plastic options and this deodorant is one. I've used both the cardboard stick and glass bottle. I found the cardboard doesn't hold up well (other reviewers say the same), but the glass is good. In fact, the last carboard stick I transferred to a glass jar. Some people don't like the finger scooping, but I don't mind. I've tried other brands that are also applied with fingers. I saw a review where one person applied the deodorant at night-- brilliant idea. Saves a few seconds in the morning when I'd rather get to my morning beverage, is fully absorbed, and far less issues with clothing getting hit with deodorant (a problem I've had with many, many brands). I've not had any real body odor and like the scent. I will keep buying. Added bonus: I doubt you will find better customer service than VanMan's. Super helpful with delayed orders and very responsive. Can't go wrong with VanMan.

Most natural deodorant don’t work. They initial mask the smell of BO for a couple hours but begin to fall short. Some non-natural deodorants do work very well, but have the potential to cause long-term harm.

After some time, I gave up on trying to find a natural deodorant and started using Carpe. It genuinely worked, but I still had the itch in my brain to take a more holistic approach to all things associated with my body.

I stopped using deodorant for a couple weeks to see if I actually even needed it. It had its benefits. In the gym, people would clear away from cable machines when I got near them, so I always had a free cable to use. People stopped talking to me in the gym, so I could really focus up on my lifts. I generally smelled awful every time I lifted my arms, to put it simply.

After some more research, I was recommended VanMan. I was actually recommended the Coconut Magnesium scent, but I went with the Vanilla as I tend to prefer that general smell more.

I am shocked and delighted to say that VanMan really does work. It masks the smell of BO and genuinely smells good. It even makes me sweat less, and can take on gym sessions with ease. Unfortunately, people seem to not clear the cables anymore when I’m around, but that’s a trade off I’m willing to make. During the first week of wearing the deodorant, I would occasionally wonder “what that good smell is,” and remember that I had on the deodorant. If that isn’t proof of something being amazing, I don’t know what is.

Obviously this review was supposed to be more on the silly side but I do recommend this deodorant to both men and women and will continue to use VanMan possibly forever. Thanks VanMan!!!!!

A nice feminine scent, the first natural deodorant that doesn't make my wife smell bad. So we're all really happy with this one lol
