Yes, the Tallow and Zinc Sunblock can be used as a daily moisturizer.

Shipping temperatures can wildly change our tallow balms, so if for whatever reason it isn't great just let us know for a new one.

Shipping

In your order confirmation email, you will find a button labeled "Update Address" below your shipping address. Click this button and then you'll be asked to verify your email. From there you can update your shipping address. We recommend updating your shipping infromation as soon as possible.

If you receive an incorrect item or something is missing, please contact our support at sales@vanman.shop. We will send the correct item or missing item as soon as possible.

You can update your shipping address by clicking the button in your order confrimation email labeled "Update Shipping Address". If you are having trouble, please inform us as soon as possible at sales@vanman.shop. If the order has already been shipped, we will send a replacement to the correct address once notified.

 

  • Check Around Your Residence: Sometimes, delivery personnel leave packages in hidden spots to prevent theft. Check around your doorstep, garage, and other areas where the package could be placed.

  • Ask Neighbors: Occasionally, packages can be mistakenly delivered to a neighbor's address. It's a good idea to ask your neighbors if they received your package by mistake.

  • Wait 48 Hours: In some cases, carriers mark the package as delivered before it actually arrives. It may show up the next day or two.

  • Contact Customer Support: If you've done all of the above and still haven't received your package, please contact our customer support team (sales@vanman.shop). We can help investigate further and, if necessary, send a replacement. If we ask for an updated shipping address, please make sure the name on the order matches a resident at the address. If your residence requires a gate code, mail room code, suite number, etc., make sure that is present in the second address line.

Standard shipping generally takes 4-7 business days, depending on your location relative to our shipping facilities here in San Diego, CA.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know and we will provide you a full refund.

If an item has been sent to an incorrect address due to an error, we can resend the item to the correct address. The customer should provide the correct details as soon as they notice the mistake.
