Had a little trouble with the whipped body butter being very lumpy and little white balls of something not softening up enough with hand warmth. Wrote to Vanman and let them know and they got a replacement out right away. Unfortunately jar number 2 was the same with additional issues. I never expected replacement product sent the first time and especially not the 2nd time but they asked for my feedback and I told them the problem. They shipped me out a 3rd jar the same day with expedited shipping to see if that would help. I got the 3rd jar and 3rd time was the charm. Whipped butter is smooth and consistent...and smells great!
